No equipment is needed in the 6 week challenge and Body Shock X! Just yourself and your phone. Some of our advanced workout programs will require minimal equipment. We recommend using a mat for ab exercises.

The workout plan includes four programs, so it’s suitable for every fitness level! When you start, you can take a free fitness assessment to find out which program is right for you. Chose from 6 Week Challenge, Body Shock X, Body Sculpt and OC VIRTUAL. OC VIRTUAL combines my most challenging exercises into intense routines that will get you incredible results - it will take everything you’ve done before to the next level! You’ve also got benchmarking workouts and fun mini challenges, so there’s always a new way to push yourself!
